Power FIX is a high-performance hybrid polymer adhesive and sealant for structural insulation and construction applications.
It is used for bonding and sealing TRIOTHERM+ profiles, MULTIPRO components and suitable structural insulation boards to common building substrates.
Power FIX combines high initial adhesion with permanent elasticity, creating a durable, moisture-resistant connection while helping to compensate for minor surface irregularities and movement between materials.
For TRIOTHERM+ installations, Power FIX is used to bond and seal the profiles to the substrate and to seal joints between adjoining profiles. The required mechanical fixing of TRIOTHERM+ profiles must still be carried out using suitable frame screws in accordance with the relevant installation detail.
Supplied in a 600 ml tubular sausage bag. A suitable 600 ml tubular caulking gun is required.
The substrate must be stable, sufficiently load-bearing and free from dust, grease, release agents and loose material.
Lightly moistening absorbent substrates before application is expressly recommended in the installation instructions.
Power FIX can also be applied to damp substrates, making it particularly suitable for practical construction-site conditions. Standing water or heavily saturated surfaces should nevertheless be avoided.
Power FIX adheres to many common construction materials including concrete, masonry, timber, steel, aluminium, PVC, glass and suitable insulation materials.
Preliminary adhesion testing is recommended where substrate compatibility is uncertain.
Do not use on PE, PP, PTFE or silicone surfaces.
Apply Power FIX evenly to the prepared surface using a suitable 600 ml tubular caulking gun.
For TRIOTHERM+ installation, apply the adhesive using the appropriate nozzle and position the profile against the prepared substrate.

For TRIOTHERM+ installations, Power FIX is used for bonding and sealing.
The profiles must also be mechanically fixed to the load-bearing structure using suitable frame screws in accordance with the relevant installation detail.
Power FIX can also be used for bonding suitable MULTIPRO components and structural insulation boards where a durable, elastic and moisture-resistant connection is required.
Always ensure that the substrate and application are suitable for the intended load and installation detail.

TRIOTHERM+ Profile, Power FIX and FK-T30 Frame Screws form the TRIOTHERM+ fastening system.
Power FIX provides the bonding and sealing connection between the TRIOTHERM+ profile and the substrate, while FK-T30 frame screws provide the required mechanical connection to the load-bearing structure.
Power FIX does not replace the required mechanical fixing of the TRIOTHERM+ profiles.
