General Shipping Information
We aim to keep our shipping and handling charges fair and straightforward.
A flat shipping fee of €12.50 per order applies to deliveries within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Most orders are shipped by parcel courier. Larger or heavier orders may be delivered by haulier.
Most deliveries arrive within 2 working days after dispatch. As delivery is carried out by third-party carriers, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We therefore recommend allowing 2–3 working days from the date your order is handed over to the courier or haulier.
Where tracking is available, you will normally receive a confirmation email from the courier once your parcel has been scanned into their system. Please use the tracking information provided by the carrier for delivery updates. Our access to detailed courier or driver information is limited once the shipment has left our premises.
A valid Eircode is required for all deliveries.
Please check the condition of your parcel when it arrives. If there are visible signs of damage to the packaging, please note this when accepting or signing for the delivery.
All deliveries should be checked for quantity and condition as soon as possible after receipt. Any claim relating to damaged goods or missing quantities must be submitted to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping is currently available to:
Ireland – Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
Shipping to other countries within the UK, EU, EEA and EFTA may be available on request. Not all products are suitable for international shipping.
For deliveries outside Ireland, additional customs charges, duties, taxes or other fees may apply. These charges are not included in our prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment Methods
Credit / Debit Card
We accept major credit and debit cards. Online card payments are securely processed by Square. We do not store your card details.
Payment by Phone
If you prefer to pay by phone, please select “Phone Order” during checkout and we will contact you to arrange payment.
Your card details are not stored by us.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us for our bank details. Orders paid by bank transfer will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.
Local Pickup
Collection is available from our premises in Tralee, Monday to Friday, by prior arrangement.
Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable collection time.
