General shipping information
We try to operate on fair shipping & handling costs.
Most of the orders will be shipped with couriers like GLS or Fastway, bigger order could be delivered by haulier.
The majority of our deliveries will arrive within the next two working days but we can´t guarantee for, because the shipping is provided by a third party. We always recommend to allow for 2-3 working days, once your order has been handed over to the courier/ haulier.
You´ll receive a confirmation email from the courier, as soon as the parcel(s) have been scanned into their system, to allow you a tracking of your delivery. Unfortunately we do not have any additional information about your delivery status and generally no access to courier and/or truck drivers in regards to further delivery details.
An EIRCODE is mandatory to ship your order.
Please do check the condition of your parcel on arrival. Should any traces of potential damaging are visible, without having the parcel opened, it is important that you leave a note about the damage when you sign the courier for the delivery.
In general, all deliveries have to be checked regarding the quantity and condition of the ordered goods right after arrival. We will not accept claims about shortfall quantity or damaged goods, which are made later than 24 hours after receiving the goods. Every claim has to be submitted in writing.

Other countries (UK, EU, EEA and EFTA only) on request, not every product qualifies for shipping outside of Ireland.
Payment over the phone
Please select "phone order" and we´ll ring you to take your payment details over the phone. These details won´t be stored on our side in any way. If you prefer a bank transfer, please ask for our bank details. We´ll ship the goods after having the full payment received.
