Return policy for goods you wish to return without good reason
This return policy applies if you have simply changed your mind about your purchase.
1. You need to contact us in writing first.
2. We charge a general restocking fee of minimum €30 or 20% of the total order price for all orders above €150.00, whatever is more.
2. The purchase must not have been made more than 30 days ago.
3. Goods can only returned in unused and original condition including all packaging, securely wrapped and including our delivery slip or copy of invoice.
4. Returns can be accepted only at your risk and cost.
5. We will refund you the remaining amount of the goods (excluding shipping & restocking fee) within 10 working days after getting returned products.
6. If you do not return the goods within 7 working days after telling us you wish to cancel we cannot give refunds.
Please understand that your consumer rights in regards to defects/ faults or cooling down period of online purchases are not affected. More details about such procedures can be found in our terms and conditions.
