(f)air tightness® membrane STANDARD, 1.5 x 50m, CE certified

Our (f)air tightness® membrane STANDARD is currently (one of) the most affordable multi layer membrane for air tightness and vapour control on the Irish market. The membrane is comparable to the most standard membranes from competitors in regards to performance and quality and will cover the air tightness at ceiling & wall level in the most building projects.

General Application:

1 ) air tight layer on the warm side of the building structure

2 ) vapour control layer on the warm side of the building structure

Limitation:

1 ) not recommended for heavy insulation material like cellulose

2 ) not recommended for wrapping of hollowcore slabs

3 ) limited usability for flat roofs (please call to discuss details)

Recommended Use:

1 ) for lightweight insulation materials like spray foam or PIR boards

2 ) for ceilings, where heavier insulation material can be applied from the top, once the membrane and the plasterboard has been installed
