Pichler Elastocell is a highly elastic PU foam that is primarily used for foaming around windows and doors.
Thanks to its airtight properties (tested up to 600Pa), Pichler Elastocell is very suitable for sealing holes and gaps in the airtight layer.
The good thermal insulation and soundproofing properties increase the range of applications for Pichler Elastocell.
Pichler Elastocell properties:
- 31% Elasticity
- 0.039W/m²K thermal conductivity
- up to 63 dB sound proofing
- airtight up to 600Pa
- weather resistant against driving rain up to 600Pa
- fine (closed) cell structure
- approx. 16 linear meter of yield per can, based on a foam bead of 20mm x 40mm
